In this program, we will visit Denmark, Norway, and Sweden to observe firsthand how the Scandinavian countries have tried to address some of the thorniest problems of living in the 21^st century, including green energy, gender equality, ethnic integration, and religious diversity. Our explorations of Scandinavian social design will take us far and wide, from bakeries in Copenhagen to palaces in Stockholm, and from design schools in Bornholm to open-air museums in Oslo and more, including a visit to the original LEGOLAND® and LEGO® House in Billund, Denmark.
